Thank you for shopping with Get Your Mirror. Every mirror is handmade to order, so here is exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Made to order
Your mirror is built for you after your payment is confirmed. Production takes 2–4 weeks, and delivery takes another 3–7 business days in the US (7–14 business days internationally). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Free shipping on every order to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the other countries listed at checkout. Orders ship in 2–4 weeks; delivery is 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14 business days internationally. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are paid by the recipient. International orders can take longer because of customs clearance.
All delivery windows are estimates. They exclude weekends, public holidays and delays caused by the carrier, customs or weather.
Custom sizes
Custom sizes are built specifically for you. Please message us before ordering a custom size so we can confirm the specification and the lead time. Custom sizes are final sale.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email us at getyourmirror24@yahoo.com and we will look into it.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order has shipped, so contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot reroute it, and we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Customs, duties and taxes
Get Your Mirror is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling fees applied to international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or the local customs authority.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and neighbours and contact your local carrier first. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, email us at getyourmirror24@yahoo.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund your order where appropriate.
If your mirror arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy. Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom sizes are made to your specification and are final sale, but are fully covered for transit damage and manufacturing defects.
