Refund policy

Every Get Your Mirror piece is handmade to order, and we want you to love it. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns, damages and refunds work.

30-day returns on standard sizes

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return on any standard size and finish listed as an option on our product pages.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and undamaged, in its original protective packaging, with the mounting hardware included. Please keep the box and foam until you are sure you are keeping the piece - mirrors are fragile in transit.

Custom orders are final sale

Any size, shape or specification that is not listed as a standard option on the product page is built only for you, so custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Before production we confirm every dimension and finish with you in writing. Custom orders are still fully covered for transit damage and manufacturing defects, exactly as described below.

How to start a return

Email getyourmirror24@yahoo.com with your order number and a short note on why you are returning. Within 1 business day we will confirm the return and send you a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions. Returns within the US ship back free. For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the mirror arrives cracked, the frame is damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging. We will make a replacement free of charge, or refund you in full - your choice. This applies to standard and custom orders alike. Every shipment is insured, so you never have to deal with the carrier yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the refund by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing deducted for it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different standard size or wood finish is to request a return and place a new order once the return is confirmed. If you are unsure about a size or finish before ordering, message us - we are happy to send extra photos and video of the wood and finish, or help you measure.

Cancellations

Because each piece is built for you, you can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, production has started: standard-size orders follow the 30-day return policy once delivered, and custom orders are final sale.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements as above. As permitted by EU law, this does not apply to goods made to your personal specifications (custom orders).
